As part of the implementation of the Tri Dharma of Higher Education in the field of research, the Master Program in Biomedical Sciences also prepares various research topics aligned with its expertise, particularly the utilization of natural resources to support health tourism.

In addition to research topics proposed by faculty members, research ideas also emerge from the creative minds of students. Currently, students utilize the facilities at the Integrated Biomedical Laboratory (LBT), equipped with cellular and molecular research facilities, animal testing laboratories, and pharmacology facilities, to conduct their research. Besides the research facilities under the LBT, research can also utilize facilities in other faculties within Udayana University.

Furthermore, research collaborations may extend beyond the university to other institutions or universities, both domestically and internationally, whether formalized through partnerships or not.
